Looking for Writers & Graphic Designers
The Communications Commission is adding to its ranks and looking for contributing writers for Vincent's People [ the Parish's online newsletter ], for print graphic designers, and for a Web Editor to assist with the weekly updates to the this Website.  If you have experience in these specific fields or in marketing / communications in general, we could use your talents.  Take a look below at some of the activities we are involved in, and if you're interested in joining, please contact Amy Choate at amychoate2001@yahoo.com.

Mission
The mission of the Communications Commission of St. Vincent de Paul Parish is to serve the pastor, parishioners, staff, and General Council by producing Parish publications (print and online) and serving as a resource for media relations and program promotion.

Vision
We want to be a creative, collaborative, competent team that produces attractive, interesting, informative and thought-provoking communications that nurtures a well-informed Parish and increases Parish visibility.

• A PR resource center, for use by other commissions who need public relations assistance.
• The Parish Bulletin
• St. Vincent de Paul Church Tour — The foldout brochure identifies statues, oil paintings, windows, and altars in the Church and provides information about St. Vincent and a history of the Church.  Stop by the Parish Center to pick one up today.
• The Parish Web site — www.stvdep.org
• SE7EN DAYS — This Web Feature chronicles different activities and events at St. Vincent's for each day of the week, over the duration of one month. It's a very unique look at Parish activities.
